CLIENT CONTEXT

A world-class brand. A presentation process that wasn’t keeping up.

Pam Golding is one of Southern Africa’s most respected property groups, known for discretion, quality, and personalised service to high-net-worth clients locally and internationally.

But when it came to presenting premium properties to remote buyers, the process had not evolved at the same pace as the brand. Materials were carefully tailored to each client, yet they were still delivered as static documents. Once sent, there was no way to know if the buyer had even opened them, let alone which properties had captured their interest.

“Once sent, there was no way to know if the buyer had even opened them.”

As remote viewing became standard and competition intensified, the gap between Pam Golding’s brand positioning and their presentation format was becoming a real liability. They needed a digital experience that elevated every touchpoint without adding complexity for agents in the field.

THE CHALLENGE

The technical and operational constraints that made this harder than it looked.

This was not a design problem. The real challenge was that the solution had to be built around an existing CRM ecosystem, which meant working within constraints that were not under Realm’s control.

Data lives in the CRMAll property and client data sat in an existing system accessed via a third-party API, with no direct database access.
Security couldn’t be compromisedPremium clients expect discretion. Any link-sharing mechanism had to be uniquely scoped and access-controlled.
Agents needed it to be simpleA powerful backend is useless if agents will not adopt it. The experience had to be frictionless to generate and share.

Before writing a line of code, Realm spent time mapping the full CRM ecosystem, understanding data flow, API behaviour, edge cases, and failure risks. This investment upfront is what allowed us to deliver a stable, scalable platform rather than a fragile prototype that needs constant maintenance.

REALM’S APPROACH

We didn’t build a digital brochure. We built an engagement system.

The brief was to improve property presentations. What Realm delivered was something more foundational, a dynamic platform that turns CRM data into personalised, measurable engagement experiences.

The core mechanics

  • Each presentation is generated dynamically from live CRM data with no manual content assembly
  • Every link shared with a buyer is unique and secure, scoped to that individual client
  • The browsing experience is intentionally non linear. Buyers move vertically through sections and horizontally for depth
  • Template logic handles different property tiers and client contexts, maintaining brand consistency without sacrificing relevance
  • Analytics are embedded throughout, capturing engagement depth and browsing behaviour

Why this matters beyond the feature list

Most platforms are built for the sender. This one was designed around the buyer’s browsing behaviour, letting them explore at their own pace while giving Pam Golding’s agents the visibility to follow up with real context rather than guesswork.

THE OUTCOME

The format changed. So did the insight available to the team.

The most visible change is the experience itself. Agents now share secure, personalised web presentations generated from live CRM data instead of static PDF documents.

But the more significant shift is what Pam Golding can now see. For the first time, the team has visibility into how buyers actually engage with their presentations, which properties they spend time on, which sections they skip, and where they drop off.

What changed for the business

  • Follow-up calls are now informed by real engagement data rather than assumptions
  • Presentation structure can be refined over time based on what buyers actually respond to
  • Remote viewings carry the same quality and brand coherence as in-person presentations
  • The platform scales. New property tiers, content types, or reporting layers can be added without rebuilding

The platform was live within three months. Because the architecture is CRM-driven and template-based, it is already designed for what comes next without requiring a costly rebuild each time the business wants to evolve it.

WHAT THIS TELLS YOU ABOUT HOW WE WORK

We start with the problem, not the deliverable.

The brief could have been answered with a better-looking PDF template. Instead, Realm asked a harder question: what does a genuinely useful buyer engagement experience look like, and what infrastructure does it need to run on?

That shift in framing, from deliverable to outcome, is what produced a platform that still serves Pam Golding as their business evolves, rather than something that needed replacing within 12 months.

We map before we buildUnderstanding your existing ecosystem before writing code is what prevents expensive surprises downstream.
We design for adoptionA solution that is not used is a failed project. We build with the end user’s context in mind.
We build for what’s nextScalable architecture is not a luxury. It is what lets you add capability without starting over.

Is there a process in your business that your digital setup has not caught up with?

That’s the conversation we’re built for. We’ll help you work out what needs solving and whether we’re the right team to solve it.
