iOS and Android apps people keep using.

We design and build mobile apps for customers and staff, along with the back-end services and integrations they rely on.

Some tasks only work on a phone.

Customers expect to check, buy, book or report from their phones. Staff in the field need tools that work away from a desk, sometimes without a signal.

A well-built app makes those tasks quick and reliable, and uses what the phone can do: the camera, location and notifications. We design and build apps for iOS and Android, along with the systems behind them.

An app is worth building when

  • People will use it often, not once.
  • It needs the phone itself: camera, location or notifications.
  • It must work with a weak or no connection.
  • A mobile website cannot do the job.

Native, cross-platform or web

The choice affects cost, speed and what the app can do. We recommend one once the features are clear.

Native apps Apps that depend on specific device features or demanding performance. Two codebases to build and maintain.
Cross-platform Most business and customer apps, built once for iOS and Android. Some device features need extra native work.
Progressive web app Simple tools that do not need an app store listing. Limited access to device features, especially on iOS.

Questions to answer first

Who opens it, and how often?

Frequency decides whether people will install it at all. A once-a-year task rarely justifies an app.

What does it need from your systems?

Most apps are a window onto data held elsewhere. The back end and its integrations are usually most of the work.

What happens offline?

Field staff and customers on the move lose signal. The app has to decide what still works and what waits.

Who looks after it after launch?

Operating systems update every year. Apps need regular releases to keep working and stay in the stores.

Mobile apps FAQs

How long does an app take to build?

It depends on the features and the systems it connects to. We give you a timeline after discovery and release in stages where it helps.

Can you take over an existing app?

In most cases. We review the code and infrastructure first, then agree what to fix and how it will be supported.

Do you handle app store submission?

Yes. We prepare the listings, submit the app and manage the review process on the App Store and Google Play.

Can the app work offline?

Yes, where it matters. We decide during discovery which features must work without a connection and how data syncs later.
