O&L Leisure approached Realm Digital to create their Digital Strategy to help guide their digital roadmap for 2018. Realm Digital was tasked with reenvisioning the customer journeys for both local and foreign customers and increasing awareness of O&L Leisure offerings.
The Solution

Realm Digital facilitated a series of workshops to align the goals and strategic vision of all stakeholders involved as well as to facilitate discussion and understanding of key business drivers and the enablers of change.
Realm Digital proposed a complete redesign of the websites for each brand. In addition to this, the Realm team suggested the creation of a content strategy over a 12-month cycle to allow the client to engage with their customers for key travel events throughout the year.
In this way, the client was able to recapture their market share and help drive traffic to and interest in their offerings, further propelling the brand’s revenue and success.
