Growing Tech Talent: Reflections on Our First Developer Internship

Celebrating our first Developer Internship graduates 🎓

We recently wrapped up our first Developer Internship Programme in partnership with MICT SETA. Over the past year, our interns immersed themselves in the Realm Digital way of working. They learned how departments collaborate, how we approach product delivery, and most importantly, how we apply industry standards in real-world environments.

From foundational onboarding through to contributing on live projects, they gained the kind of experience that bridges the gap between theory and practice. We’re proud to share that both interns successfully completed the programme and received glowing feedback from SETA throughout.

With our second internship class now underway, we’re excited to continue creating meaningful learning opportunities and growing South Africa’s tech talent pipeline.
